Technical Lead (Machine Learning, Python)

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst position is a senior-level role that involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The primary objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with multiple management teams to ensure the integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements - Solve high-impact problems/projects through a thorough evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards - Provide expertise in the area and advanced knowledge of applications programming while ensuring that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint - Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards - Develop a comprehensive understanding of how different areas of the business integrate to achieve business goals - Conduct in-depth analysis and innovative problem-solving, serving as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts - Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, with a focus on the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications: - 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adjust priorities quickly based on circumstances - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience required - Masters degree preferred This job description gives an overview of the work performed in the role, and other job-related duties may be assigned as needed.,
