Technical Lead (Machine Learning, Python)

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst position is a senior-level role focused on implementing new or updated application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. The main goal of this position is to oversee applications systems analysis and programming activities. As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst, your responsibilities will include partnering with various management teams to ensure the integration of functions aligns with goals, identifying necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements, resolving high-impact problems through evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards, providing expertise in applications programming, ensuring application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint, developing standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation, understanding how different areas of business integrate to achieve goals, analyzing issues and developing solutions, mentoring mid-level developers and analysts, assessing risks in business decisions, and upholding compliance with laws, rules, and regulations to safeguard the firm's reputation and assets. To qualify for this role, you should have 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis, extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming, successful project management experience, expertise in at least one area of Applications Development, ability to adapt priorities quickly, demonstrated leadership and project management skills, and clear written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
