Job Description

Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in GRC, Risk Management, or Security. 3+ years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer (administration or use case implementation). Working knowledge of Zscaler ZIA, including threat detection, policy enforcement, and reporting. Strong experience using JIRA for project and task tracking in Agile or hybrid environments. Understanding of IT compliance and risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2). Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills and Certifications RSA Archer Certified Administrator or equivalent Experience with GRC data integrations and APIs (Archer or Zscaler) Familiarity with Agile practices and JIRA plugins/add-ons
