Serve as L3 support for all Saviynt-related incidents, enhancements, and integrations.
Lead the design, configuration, and customization of the Saviynt IGA platform.Develop and manage Saviynt workflows, rules, roles, access requests, certifications, and SOD policies.Work on application onboarding, connector development (OOB and custom), and lifecycle management.Implement access reviews, birthright access, and role mining for efficient provisioning and de-provisioning.Perform Saviynt platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.Design and implement integrations with external systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, SailPoint).Automate IAM tasks and processes using Saviynt APIs, Beanshell, and Groovy scripts.Support compliance initiatives by enforcing policies related to SoD, audit trails, and user certifications.
