Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead specializing in Laravel and Nest.Js, located in Jaipur. The Technical Lead will manage and guide a development team, oversee the design and implementation of software solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Day-to-day tasks include code reviews, mentoring team members, leading development projects, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laravel and Nest.Js
• Experience in leading development teams and managing projects
• Strong understanding of web technologies and software design principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in event technology solutions is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur is required
