• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable applications.
• Provide hands-on coding expertise in

• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to shape product roadmap and strategy.
• Mentor and guide the engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and agility.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive quick, effective resolutions.
• Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.

Requirements

• 5–10 years

  of professional experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Java

  and

  Python

  .
• Proven experience as a

  Technical Lead / Senior Engineer

  in an

  early-stage product-based startup

  .
• Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and DevOps practices.
