Urgent Hiring for Senior Technical Lead – Java (Cloud & Microservices) at Ahmedabad

Job Title: Senior Technical Lead – Java (Cloud & Microservices)

Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site / Hybrid as applicable)
Employment Type: Full-time | Product-Based Company

Budget : Up to 15 to 20 lacs

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of cloud-native, distributed applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions deployed on AWS or Azure.
• Manage containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes / AKS / EKS) for scalable deployments.
• Build and manage real-time event streaming and messaging pipelines using Apache Kafka.
• Design and optimize NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• Oversee the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor the development team.
• Drive performance tuning, scalability improvements, and system reliability.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend relevant adoptions for product enhancement.

Technical Skills Required: Backend & Architecture:

• Core Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security
• RESTful API design and integration
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture

Cloud & DevOps:

• Experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM) and/or Azure (AKS, App Services, Blob Storage, Event Hub)
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Stack

Data & Messaging:

• MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Apache Kafka (topics, producers/consumers, stream processing)

Other Tools/Practices:

• Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit/TestNG, Swagger/OpenAPI
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum practices

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
