Technical Lead - ITSM

Role Overview: As a member of the HD IT team at Hitachi Digital in New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. Your responsibilities will include optimizing tool usage to enhance project management and collaboration, providing training and support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Atlassian tools, and implementing best practices for tool usage. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and integration of Atlassian tools with other software and systems. Your role will also involve staying updated with the latest features and updates for Atlassian products, conducting regular audits for compliance, and assisting in planning and executing tool upgrades and migrations. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket - Optimize tool usage to improve project management and collaboration - Provide training and support to users - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Atlassian tools - Implement best practices for tool usage - Develop and maintain documentation for tool configurations and processes - Monitor tool performance and make necessary adjustments - Manage user permissions and access controls - Integrate Atlassian tools with other software and systems - Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates for Atlassian products - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies - Assist in the planning and execution of tool upgrades and migrations - Provide recommendations for tool improvements and enhancements - Gather requirements for business processes and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket build and configure Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in ITSM tool management - 10+ years of experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket - Strong understanding of project management and software development processes - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Experience with integrating Atlassian tools with other software and systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Certifications in Atlassian tools are a plus - Experience with database management and SQL is a plus,
