APIs and Integrations: Understanding APIs: Learn how to integrate chatbots with other systems and platforms using APIs. Messaging Platform Integrations: Be familiar with integrating chatbots with popular messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger, Slack, and WhatsApp. Chatbot Frameworks and Platforms: Explore Popular Frameworks: Familiarize yourself with chatbot frameworks like Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, and Botpress.
