Technical Lead - I Selenium

• As a Technical Lead Java Selenium you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards
• Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and Java
• Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely execution
• Review and optimize test scripts for performance and reliability
• Track and report test coverage, defects, and quality metrics
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and coding standards
• Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative testing solutions

• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
• ISTQB or equivalent certification

Skills:

-Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Selenium WebDriver and Java Designing and maintaining automation frameworks (Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Hybrid)

• Proficiency in TestNG or JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and Git Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) Solid understanding of STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Experience in leading small teams and managing test deliverables API testing experience using REST Assured or Postman
