Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in Java (Mandatory skill), with ability to design and implement scalable backend solutions in complex software environments.
• Advanced proficiency in ReactJS (Mandatory skill), building interactive and responsive front-end applications for digital platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership (Mandatory skill), providing technical guidance, coaching team members, and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Strong understanding of core Java fundamentals, including object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and best coding practices.
• Solid experience in JavaScript, with the ability to develop feature-rich, performant web interfaces and handle asynchronous data flows gracefully.
• Proficient in designing and consuming REST APIs, enabling seamless integration across multiple systems and ensuring scalability and security of interfaces.
• Experience in software solution architecture, with a track record of architecting robust, maintainable, and secure enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of scalable full stack solutions supporting digital customer engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Java and ReactJS.
• Develop, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption, ensuring high performance and robust security standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment; ensure adherence to software engineering standards and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to solution architecture decisions, balancing scalability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness for global enterprise clients.
• Work closely with product, design, and QA teams, ensuring seamless delivery and impeccable user experience across platforms.
• Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to full stack development, proactively recommending innovations to enhance platform capabilities.
