Technical Lead (Full Stack)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in .NET, C#, and ReactJS. As a Full Stack Technical Lead, your main responsibilities will include overseeing the development of scalable web applications, guiding team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. You will be in charge of leading the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, maintaining code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will be part of your responsibilities. Your involvement in architectural discussions, contributing to technical decision-making, and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends are also expected. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field and have at least 5 years of practical experience in full-stack development. A strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework and C#, proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, as well as experience with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server are required. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.,
