Job Description

We’re Hiring: Technical Lead (Full Stack Developer)

Salary Range:

We’re looking for a Technical Lead to guide our development team, design scalable solutions, and drive high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of web applications.
Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, Product) to deliver projects on time.
Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team performance.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in Front-end: React.js / Angular / Vue.js / Nest.js
Strong Back-end: Node.js / Python / Java / .NET
Database Expertise: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Experience with RESTful APIs / GraphQL
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, AWS/Azure is a plus.
