What You’ll Do

Lead design & development of autodialer (predictive, power, preview, progressive).
Architect scalable systems with
Asterisk/Kamailio/FreeSWITCH, Node.js, WebRTC
.
Drive CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) & compliance (DNC, GDPR).
Build real-time monitoring, analytics & reporting dashboards.
Mentor team, enforce coding standards, and lead sprint delivery.
Champion DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) and security best practices.

What You Bring

10–12 years in software development, 3+ years in a Tech Lead role.
Expertise in
Node.js, Python, React.js, SIP/WebRTC/telephony systems
.
Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) & cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Proven track record in
scalable, secure, high-performance systems
.
Excellent problem-solving & leadership skills.
