Developer - Manage US and Worldwide campaign operations during IST hours. Key responsibilities include intake, queue management, SLAs, segment runs, and tracking operational tickets as the primary contact Expertise on email marketing automation platforms like Adobe (AEM & ACS) and Figma tool. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Collaborate & liaison with Deva and QA teams to fix Dev issues. Deep understanding of end-to-end email automation workflows. Identify gaps & improvement areas in existing framework. Ensure email creation, campaign setup & workflows are done on timely manner. working collaboratively with different functions to ensure effectiveness of automated campaigns. Expertise on email marketing automation platforms like Adobe (AEM & ACS) and Figma Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Deep understanding of end-to-end automation workflows. Identify gaps & improvement areas in existing framework & technical implementations. Identify areas of optimization in email creation, campaign setup & workflows. Campaign Developer - ACS/AEM (4) Expertise on email marketing automation platforms like Adobe (AEM & ACS) and Figma Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Deep understanding of end-to-end automation workflows. Identify gaps & improvement areas in existing framework & technical implementations. Identify areas of optimization in email creation, campaign setup & workflows. Working collaboratively with different functions to ensure effectiveness of automated campaigns. Coordinate teams migrating to new tools and process and help onboard new users. Campaign Developer - IRIS (1) Strong understanding of e-mail marketing, lead data & database management and related tools/technologies. Experience on marketing automation platforms like IRIS Technical requirement gathering, analysis & creation of BRD documents. Collaborate & liaison with technical & business teams to solution requirements. Experience on marketing automation platforms like Adobe etc. Deep understanding of end-to-end data flow pipeline workflows. Identify gaps & improvement areas in existing framework & technical implementations. Identify areas of optimization in email creation, campaign setup & workflows. Working collaboratively with different functions to ensure effectiveness of automated campaigns. Coordinate teams migrating to new tools and process and help onboard new users.
