Technical Lead Electrical Engineer

As an experienced professional with 8-12 years of experience in Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronic engineering, you will be responsible for SW-HW project management in the Climate Control department at our Pune location. Your role will involve planning, monitoring, and executing HW-SW development projects, reporting project progress, and ensuring timely delivery within the allocated budget. You will lead the development and integration of hardware and software systems, as well as manage change requests effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, monitor, and execute HW-SW development projects - Report project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets - Implement and validate requirements - Lead hardware and software system development and integration - Assess and implement HW- and SW-change requests Qualifications Required: - B.E in Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronic - 3-5 years of experience in Software-Hardware project management - Core competencies in electronics, software, and automotive development - Competence and confidence in customer interactions - Knowledge of project management, change management, and personnel management - Proficiency in Requirements management & analysis, HW-SW-system design, system testing, and Configuration management - Hands-on experience with tools such as MS-Office, MS-Project, Microsoft SharePoint, SAP (basic knowledge), Configuration management tools like MKS and DOORS This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge climate control projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our organization.,
