Centillion Networks is Hiring for a Technical Lead GIS & Software Development We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in GIS, AutoCAD, C#.NET, Python, Javascript and database management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical design, development, data modeling, automation, and client communication for GIS and telecom projects. The role requires strong expertise in AutoCAD Map3D Enterprise, Oracle Spatial, PL/SQL, and .NET technologies to drive innovation and improve system efficiencies. Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership: Lead GIS-based development projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Design & Development: Develop system requirements, prepare technical designs (HLD, LLD), and implement automation tools. Database Management: Work with Oracle Spatial, SQL Server, and related technologies for data modeling, migration, and optimization. GIS & Software Development: Utilize AutoCAD Map3D, Auto Lisp, C#.NET, Python, Javascript. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and develop innovative solutions. Project Coordination: Engage with clients to understand business needs, provide technical solutions, and lead a development team. Quality Assurance & Testing: Ensure code quality through functional, performance, and validation testing. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 12+ years of experience in GIS, software development, and database management. Proficiency in AutoCAD Map3D Enterprise, C#.NET, PL/SQL, Python, Javascript, and Auto Lisp. Experience in GIS APIs, MapInfo, AutoCad, FME, and Small World. Strong knowledge of telecom domain and FTTH planning & designing. Experience with performance tuning, data extraction, and automation tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple GIS projects simultaneously.
