Technical Lead

Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Oracle Commerce (ATG) and Spring Boot to lead the development of scalable, high-performing retail and e-commerce applications. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and a solid understanding of Oracle SQL . Exposure to Google Retail integrations is a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Commerce-based solutions integrated with Spring Boot services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals Drive code quality, performance, and scalability improvements across systems Architect and implement cloud-native services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Optimize and write complex Oracle SQL queries for data manipulation and performance tuning Guide team members through development best practices, code reviews, and continuous integration Assist in integrating and managing Google Retail APIs or services, if required Provide estimations, risk assessments, and technical direction during sprint planning and delivery Participate in problem-solving discussions, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution Required Skills & Qualifications 9+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Commerce (ATG) Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture Hands-on experience in GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, etc. Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex Oracle SQL queries Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes on GCP is a plus) Familiarity with retail domain data structures and product catalogs Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and contribute to project planning Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with excellent communication abilities Preferred / Add-on Advantages Experience with Google Retail APIs or Merchant Center integrations Knowledge of Headless Commerce , REST APIs , and third-party integrations Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes Educational Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field I nterested candidates can share resume at recruitmentcell@kognivera.com
