Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT (MBA/Master’s preferred)

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Expertise in Java,RPA, SQL

Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Web Services

Must-Have Leadership & Communication Skills:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Ability to lead & mentor a team of 5-8 members

Strong leadership & delegation skills

Good to Have:

Experience with RPA tools (AutomationEdge, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & deliver multiple RPA projects

Ensure quality & standardization of deliverables

Provide technical leadership throughout project phases

Track & review all work (requirements, solutions, design, code, etc.)

Participate in client calls, demos & presentations
