Technical Integration Specialist

Role Overview: You will join goFLUENT as an LMS & ATS Administrator - integration specialist in the Presales & Integration team. Your main responsibility will be to support large global companies in integrating goFLUENT Language Training and Assessment solutions with their LMS and ATS systems. You will lead integration projects from the definition phase to execution, test, and deployment of the solution. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client needs & expectations and propose best solutions accordingly - Deliver integration projects within the agreed scope & timeline - Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation & deployment - Conduct a deep analysis of technical issues related to integrations - Support clients" internal & external teams in case of technical issues Qualifications Required: - University Degree, preferably with a technical background - Understanding & Knowledge in REST APIs, Authentication methods like SAML, OAuth - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively - English level C1 Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with LMS or LXPs integrations - Previous experience in writing User Stories and coding are a plus Additional Company Details: goFLUENT is a mission-driven SaaS company that believes in providing every employee with an equal opportunity to succeed in the workplace, regardless of their native language.
