Technical Implementation Specialist

As a Technical Implementation Specialist at Wiser Solutions, you will be part of the online price intelligence operations team, responsible for onboarding new and supporting existing eCommerce clients. Your role involves handling operational tasks, ensuring system functionality, becoming a backend/database expert, troubleshooting product issues, and collaborating with various teams to deliver market intelligence to customers. Some key responsibilities include: - Handling minor/major operational tasks promptly - Monitoring system functionality, jobs, import, and export processes - Becoming a backend/database expert for the price intelligence product - Assisting in troubleshooting product issues - Setting up and maintaining interactive dashboards for client review - Acting as QA and reviewing code for fixes or changes - Developing and implementing processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction - Documenting support processes and metrics for the team Qualifications required for this role include: - BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field - Good working knowledge of the internet with advanced searching capabilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Organized with attention to detail and professional attitude - Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - 2+ years of experience writing code in Python - Experience with SQL/NoSQL for data retrieval preferred - Experience with version control/GitHub preferred - Experience in crawling, parsing, and reporting large datasets preferred - Bash scripting experience in UNIX/Linux environment preferred This is an evening shift job with working hours during Daylight Saving Time from 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST.
