Technical Implementation Specialist

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be part of a highly competent Middle East, Africa, and Turkey Implementation team, with the primary objective of ensuring successful implementations and positive customer experiences. Your main responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the entire Implementation process, starting from planning, installation, go-live, and handover to the support department. - Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues. - Participating in risk assessments throughout project delivery. - Providing technical direction and support to Application and Testing teams. It will be your responsibility to: - Develop and uphold implementation best practices. - Document procedures, standards, and configuration settings. - Act as the technical point of contact for customers during the implementation phase. - Take ownership of the customer experience to guarantee successful delivery and installation. - Participate in a 24/7 on-call support program. The minimum required skills for this role include: - 3-5 years of experience in a technical role at a server-side level. - Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent education/experience. - Proficiency in Oracle programming languages (PL/SQL developer) or other database systems. - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems. - Experience in working in production environments against SLAs. - Solid understanding of applications, network environments, and Web technologies. Preferred qualifications for this position include: - CCNA, MSSA certifications. - Familiarity with common security technologies and practices. - Expertise in Storage Platforms technologies (RAID, SAN, NAS, tape libraries) and high availability technologies. - Experience with business intelligence applications like Crystal Reports and Oracle BI. - Previous exposure to a hospital environment and radiological workflow. - Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware/Hyper-V. - Knowledge of DICOM and HL7 technologies.,
