Job Description

As a Technical Implementation Customer Success Manager at Neuron7.ai, you will be an integral part of the high-impact customer success team. Neuron7 is a fast-growing SaaS company offering AI solutions for customer service, focused on Resolution Intelligence, which helps enterprises make accurate service decisions by analyzing data to diagnose and resolve issues quickly. Your role will involve collaborating with customer service leadership, internal engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and sales teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Neuron7's AI-powered products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact for Neuron7's global customer base - Lead customer onboarding with optimized solutions - Facilitate integration of CRM systems with Neuron7 products - Coordinate data integration steps with engineering teams - Collaborate with customer PM for change management activities - Develop training content and define RoI metrics and KPIs for usage, user adoption, and accuracy - Find solutions for customer service challenges using AI/NLP technologies - Develop long-term relationships with customer leadership and key stakeholders to ensure contract renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities - Stay updated on new AI/NLP products/features and showcase demos to customers - Develop templates/models and train new customer success team members as required **Qualifications:** - Proven CSM experience with SaaS product companies, preferably in the AI space - 5 to 8 years of experience in handling mid to large enterprise-level integrated programs - Data-driven with the ability to track metrics and build credibility with internal and customer leadership teams - Experience managing deadlines with globally distributed teams - College degree in Technology/Business Management - Experience with end-to-end CRM implementations using SFDC, ServiceNow, MS Dynamics, Oracle CX is a plus At Neuron7.ai, integrity, innovation, and a customer-centric approach are our core values.
