Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Technical Assistance

Assist senior technicians and engineers in routine technical tasks.
Support in installation, maintenance, and repair of machines/equipment.
Help in assembling components, tools, and fixtures.

2. Machine / Tool Room Support

Prepare and supply tools, materials, and parts as required.
Assist in machine setup and basic adjustments under supervision.
Operate basic machines (drill, grinder, cutter etc.) after training.

3. Material & Equipment Handling

Handle tools, spare parts, and materials safely.
Maintain proper storage and cleaning of tools/equipment.
Support in inventory management and documentation.

4. Maintenance Activities

Support preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Perform basic tasks like lubrication, cleaning, tightening fasteners, replacing minor parts etc.
Help in troubleshooting by providing required tools and parts.

5. Housekeeping & Safety

Maintain cleanliness of the work area, machines, and equipment.
Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and standard operating procedures.
Assist in implementing 5S practices.

Skills Required

Basic technical knowledge of machines/tools.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Physically fit with a willingness to learn technical skills.
Good understanding of basic safety practices.
Problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
