Job Description

As a Technical Helpdesk Executive in Mohali, India, working the night shift for US clients, your responsibilities will include providing customer support through voice and chat for software, email, and system performance issues. You will be expected to deliver basic and intermediate-level technical support, escalate complex issues to the backend team, and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English. - Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Freshdesk or Zendesk is a plus. - A minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO or technical support.
