Job Description

You will be responsible for providing customer support through voice and chat for software, email, and system performance issues. Your key responsibilities will include delivering basic and intermediate-level technical support, escalating complex issues to the backend team, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Freshdesk or Zendesk is a plus. A minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO or technical support is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a night shift schedule catering to US clients. The work location is in Mohali, India.,
