Job Overview

Group Senior Technical Lead – Telephony


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support contact center rollout and implementation.
  • Standardize telephony configurations across sites.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain telephony components (gateways, servers, SIP).
  • Administer and improve Contact Center Platforms (PureConnect, Vonage preferred).
  • Ensure documentation, change control, and best practices are followed.


Required Skills

  • 5–7 years in Contact Center implementations & support.
  • Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, ACD, Telephony Trunks, AudioCodes.
  • Experience with PureConnect, Vonage, and cloud migration.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.


Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
