​About KarmSakha:

KarmSakha is a fast-growing, AI-powered career platform built for the real India. We don't just "wrap" ChatGPT—we run our own GPU infrastructure and custom LLMs to help job seekers build ATS-proof resumes and practice interviews. We are a small, high-velocity team based in Surat, bootstrapping our way to disrupting the recruitment market.​

The Role

This is not a typical "sit and code" internship. As the Technical Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the Founder as a "Right Hand." You will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Operations, and Growth.​

What You Will Do

​Engineering: Write and maintain Python scripts for web scraping, data processing, and automation.​AI Operations: Monitor and manage on-premise GPU servers (Linux/Ubuntu) running open-source LLMs.​Growth Hacking: Execute technical SEO strategies and manage content distribution across developer communities.​Product Building: Rapidly prototype new features (Next.js/Python) and fix bugs to improve user experience.​

Our Tech Stack

​Core: Python, Linux (Ubuntu), Bash​AI: Ollama, Hugging Face, Qwen/Llama models​Web: Next.js (React), Tailwind CSS​Who We Are Looking For​The "Builder" Mindset: You have built side projects before. You use code to solve real problems.​Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of Python and Linux Command Line.​High Agency: When you get stuck, you Google the error and fix it before asking for help.​Education: We value your GitHub over your CGPA.​
