Role: Organic Marketing Manager (No Paid Ads) Budget: ₹20,000/month Hours: 25-30 hours/month (part-time, flexible)Duration: 3-month trial, then ongoing Your Responsibilities: 📱 Social Media (60% of time) - Create & schedule 12-15 posts/week across X (Twitter), LinkedIn - Engage with comments/DMs daily - Build following organically - Join relevant conversations & communities ✍️ Content Creation (25% of time) - Write 2 SEO-optimized blog articles/month (800-1200 words) - Create content calendar - Repurpose content across platforms 🚀 Growth Activities (15% of time) - Product Hunt launch coordination - Reddit/Quora participation - Guest posting outreach - Monthly analytics report What We're Looking For: ✔️ 2+ years experience in organic/content marketing ✔️ Strong English writing skills ✔️ Experience with Indian audience preferred ✔️ Familiarity with career/jobs/HR tech a plus ✔️ Self-starter who can work independently ✔️ Understanding of SEO basics ✔️ Experience with social media tools Tools You'll Use (we provide): - Buffer/Hootsuite for scheduling - Canva for basic graphics - Google Analytics - Our brand guidelines  To Apply: 1.
