Job Description: You will be responsible for managing escalated technical issues from Tier 1 agents in a timely manner as a Technical Escalation Specialist. Your primary goal will be to resolve complex or unresolved problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Taking ownership of high-complexity tickets and seeing them through to resolution. - Collaborating with technical teams to address issues related to operating systems, drivers, and networking. - Providing guidance and training to junior agents on advanced troubleshooting techniques. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support roles. - Proficiency in diagnosing issues related to Windows OS, drivers, networking, and email systems. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Mohali with night shift timings.,
