Location: Mohali | Shift: Night | Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are hiring a Technical Escalation Specialist to handle complex or unresolved issues escalated from Tier 1 agents and ensure fast resolution. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of high-complexity tickets. Collaborate with technical teams to solve OS-level, driver, or networking issues. Train junior agents on advanced troubleshooting practices. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in technical support. Strong diagnostics skills across Windows OS, drivers, networking, and email systems. Excellent communication to explain technical concepts clearly. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,860.42 - ₹88,241.83 per month Shift: Night shift Work Location: In person
