**Location:** Mohali, India **Shift:** Night **Job Description:** We are looking for a Remote Tech Support Engineer to assist US clients with antivirus setup, subscription renewals, and virus threat removals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with the installation, renewal, and configuration of antivirus software. - Troubleshoot issues related to virus and malware detection. - Promote security upgrades whenever possible. **Requirements:** - Experience with antivirus software such as Norton, McAfee, and Bitdefender. - Strong proficiency in English. - Ability to guide customers through troubleshooting steps remotely.
