Technical Engineering Lead – ML/AI

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and deployment of models, including both traditional and generative (LLMs, agents, fine-tuning).

• Lead by example

  —contribute hands-on to model development, data pipelines, and solution implementation.
• Build and optimize

  data training and evaluation pipelines

  for large-scale, high-volume datasets.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions, collaborating across teams.
• Use

  creative problem-solving

  techniques to address challenging engineering issues.
• Leverage Generative AI to build intelligent systems using

  LLMs

  , including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and multi-agent systems.
• Develop and maintain robust

  data pipelines

  —covering ingestion, transformation, and storage (e.g., data lakes).
• Ensure clean, reliable input data through preprocessing, quality analysis, and feature engineering.
• Write and maintain high-quality

  Python code

  in production environments.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance post-deployment.

Must-Haves

• 4–7 years of

  hands-on experience

  in machine learning and AI, including leadership in technical execution.
• Strong proficiency in

• Proven ability to build

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience

  with LLMs, prompt tuning, fine-tuning, and AI agents.
• Experience working with large datasets and performance-optimized data pipelines.

• Familiarity with
