Technical Engineer Chatbot Date: Mar 26, 2025 Location: Pune, IN Company: AkzoNobel About AkzoNobel Job Purpose We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer with experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in chatbot development, automation, and AI-driven conversational experiences. Key Activities Conversational AI LLMs Solid understanding of LLMs and conversational AI technologies. Knowledge of how LLMs work, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization. Expertise in NLP concepts such as intents, entities, and context management. Experience in designing and optimizing conversational flows. Automation Development Strong Python programming skills. Experience in building efficient and scalable automation solutions. Working knowledge of REST APIs, API development, Flask framework, and Apache. Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps. Experience with chatbot analytics, including user behaviour analysis, sentiment analysis, and tracking feature performance. Understanding of user engagement tracking and productivity metrics. Chatbot Platforms Experience with at least one major chatbot platform such as Moveworks, Kore.ai, Amelia, AWS Lex, or similar. DevOps Agile Practices Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies and agile development. Experience working in sprints using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools. Knowledge of version control and code repositories (Bitbucket, Git, etc.). Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in building and maintaining chatbots. Strong end-user experience mindset. Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and implement end-to-end automation solutions. Experience in managing the entire lifecycle of chatbot automation solutions. Good communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to explore and learn new automation tools and technologies. Proactive in bringing new automation ideas and improvements. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Creator Studio. Knowledge of OpenAI Creator Studio. Exposure to other automation tools and platforms
