Technical Domestic Recruiter -Noida/Gurgaon

We are hiring for Domestic Technical Recruiter for Noida /Gurgaon Location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
• Understand job requirements and client expectations to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening, technical evaluation coordination, and interview scheduling.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT positions (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Cyber Security etc.).
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and other terms with candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database/tracker and provide timely reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an agency or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities

Must have

• Bachelor’s degree

  in any discipline (mandatory).

• 2–5 years of experience

  in domestic technical recruitment, specifically in

  consulting firms

• Must have experience working on

  client-specific IT requirements

  .

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of technical skills and job roles.
• Must be stable, committed, and target oriented.
