Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Director of Detailed Engineering, located in Jaipur. The Technical Director will be responsible for managing and leading teams, overseeing research and development (R&D) efforts, and directing solar park development projects. Additional responsibilities include ensuring successful project management and maintaining high standards in project execution.

Technical skills-

• 400KV,220KV,132KV and 66KV Substation / Switchyard (both AIS & GIS)
• BTG and BOP areas Electrical System
• Bus Ducts IPBD, SPBD and NSPBD (including conventional & sandwich type), bus trunking system.
• HT a nd LT Switchgears
• Container type Compact Substation.
• HT and LT Cables.
• Power and Distribution Transformers.
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) .

Management skills-

• Project Management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in solar engineering software tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the solar energy industry
