Role: Platform Lead/Architect

Experience 10+ Years

Platform DevOps Architect

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical leadership skills who can define architecture standards, drive DevOps best practices, and ensure robust infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Architect and evolve the core DevOps platform

  to support scalable microservices-based applications across multiple environments.
• Design and implement

  cloud-native infrastructure

  using

  AWS

  and

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  with

  Terraform

  .
• Build and maintain

  enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines

  enabling automated builds, testing, and deployments across environments.
• Define

  Kubernetes standards

  and manage container orchestration platforms for high availability, resilience, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize deployment processes, improve developer productivity, and enforce operational excellence.
• Drive

  observability practices

  through the integration of monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Establish

  platform security, compliance, and governance

  standards aligned with organizational policies.
• Lead initiatives for

  cost optimization

  ,

  infrastructure scalability

  , and

  performance tuning

  across cloud environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to DevOps and platform engineering teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to continuously evolve the platform architecture and DevOps ecosystem.
• Serve as backups for the SRE engineers in case of ad-hoc unavailability and respond to incidents and support activities.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong working knowledge of AWS

  services including

  Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, S3, EKS (Kubernetes)

  , and

  Terraform

  .

• Proven experience with Terraform

  for implementing and managing

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  in cloud environments.

• Expertise in CI/CD tools

  such as

  GitHub Actions

  Jenkins

  , or equivalent automation frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes

  for container orchestration, deployment, and scaling of microservices.

• Deep understanding of microservices architecture

  and best practices for cloud-native deployments.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools

  (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Dynatrace).

• Proficiency in scripting and automation
