Responsibilities:

• Act as a counterpart to the

  Systems Integrator (SI)

  and Application Leads on the client side.
• Define, manage, and roll out technical content across functional and delivery teams.
• Oversee the technical governance of the LabVantage platform.
• Collaborate with the

  Systems Integrator

  and Application team leads to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Lead a small team (3–5 members) including SI counterparts, technical experts, and solution architects.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in

  LabVantage LIMS

  development.
• Proven background in technical leadership or governance.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with global teams.
• Ability to lead and guide small, cross-functional technical teams.
