The SAP and IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for SAP and IT-related positions. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, building candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and aligning recruitment efforts with project goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for SAP positions (functional, technical, and techno-functional). Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and project needs. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, HCM, ABAP, BW, Basis, SuccessFactors, Ariba, S/4HANA, etc. Use multiple sourcing channels — job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases — to identify and attract top SAP talent. Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit before submitting candidates. Coordinate interview logistics, feedback, and offer negotiation with selected candidates. Maintain and update candidate pipelines and reports using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) . Stay updated with market trends and compensation benchmarks in the SAP ecosystem. Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP consultants, vendors, and hiring teams . Required Skills & Experience: 6–7 years of total recruitment experience , with at least 4+ years in SAP/IT recruitment . Strong understanding of SAP landscapes , modules, and project types (implementation, support, rollout, etc.). Proven ability to handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level SAP roles. Experience with vendor management and contract hiring (if applicable). Proficient in using ATS tools , job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), and Boolean search techniques. Excellent communication, stakeholder management , and negotiation skills . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience recruiting for global SAP projects or consulting clients . Knowledge of non-SAP IT roles (e.g., Cloud, Data, DevOps) is an added advantage.
