Role Description

This is a contract role for a Technical Development Resource (LabVantage LIMS), primarily based in Hyderabad with work-from-home flexibility. The role involves the day-to-day responsibilities of leveraging technical and laboratory expertise to develop and enhance LabVantage LIMS solutions. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to support R&D, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to the effective management of laboratory processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess and solve technical challenges
• Knowledge of Laboratory Skills and processes, including LabVantage LIMS system understanding
• Strong Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to support innovation and solution implementation
• Familiarity with Quality Control practices to ensure high standards and compliance

Responsibilities:

• Act as a counterpart to the Systems Integrator (SI) and Application Leads on the client side.
• Define, manage, and roll out technical content across functional and delivery teams.
• Oversee the technical governance of the LabVantage platform.
• Collaborate with Accenture and Application team leads to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Lead a small team (35 members) including Accenture counterparts, technical experts, and solution architects.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in

  LabVantage LIMS

  development.
• Proven background in technical leadership or governance.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with global teams.
• Ability to lead and guide small, cross-functional technical teams.
