CS - IT

  1. Responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls.
  2. Handle the complaints and queries of customers pertaining to Mobile App & Kotak trading platform
  3. Used Salesforce to open and resolve customer returns, complaints, and technical issues, coordinating with logistics and tech teams
  4. Provide full support for all product like Mobile App, Website for trading and Desktop Software like NEST Trader. Escalating case to concern teams
  5. Identify customers needs on every requirement with quick response time.

Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Graduation must be completed
  2. Should have technical knowledge
  3. Should have basic knowledge of computer language i.e. Python, Java etc.
  4. Should have excellent communication, writing, typing & presentation skills.
  5. Strong Communication, comprehension and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  7. Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in broking industry
