Technical Delivery Manager/Project Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager/Project Manager, your role involves leading a cross-functional team within IT Domains to deliver projects on time and within budget. This includes working with regional and offshore teams. You will manage projects/programs worth over $3M and may handle multiple projects simultaneously. Your responsibilities will require you to work closely with Business Program Managers, Networks Engineering Managers, and other senior operational personnel in a Core Team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a cross-functional team to deliver projects on time and on budget - Manage projects/programs worth > $3M and potentially multiple projects in parallel - Work with regional and offshore teams - Financial management and reporting KPIs within the project team - Demonstrate excellent communication skills - Exhibit standout leadership skills - Manage small to medium cross-functional teams for project delivery - Utilize Waterfall Agile and Hybrid Methodology for IT project delivery - Work with Senior Stakeholders at VP and Director levels - Possess 7+ years of Program/Project management experience for medium to large application development projects - Have experience in software development and delivery of large complex software projects, particularly with mobile, billing, integration, and digital applications - Have 7+ years of experience in financial management Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of Program/Project management for medium to large application development projects ($1Mil to up to $20Mil and/or up to 10+ team members) - Experience in software development and delivery of large complex software projects, especially with mobile, billing, integration, and digital applications - 7+ years of experience in financial management - Experience working with Senior Stakeholders at VP and Director levels - IT Project Delivery using Waterfall Agile and Hybrid Methodology This role requires someone with strong financial management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.,
