Technical Delivery Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly technical Project Delivery Manager to lead the development and deployment of Edge AI and on-premises AI solutions using Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative / Agentic AI. This role requires strong understanding of the complexities of building AI systems for small-footprint, resource-constrained devices, along with expertise in AI orchestration, inference optimization, and real-time decision systems.

The role supports high-impact use cases across Manufacturing, Medical Diagnostics, Automotive, and Industrial AI, where latency, reliability, safety, and performance are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of workflow automation, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications

Define delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and release schedules

Drive Agile / Scrum delivery across multiple engineering teams

Lead delivery of full-stack applications including:

Frontend: AngularJS (or modern Angular), JavaScript frameworks

Backend: Node.js, RESTful services, FastAPI

Ensure scalable, secure, and highly available application deployments

Collaborate with architects on system design, scalability, performance, and security

Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards (authentication, authorization, data protection)

Act as primary interface with business stakeholders and product owners

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Full-Stack Development: Deep understanding of frontend technologies (Angular, React, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) and backend development (Node.js, Express.js, NestJS)

API Development: Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, FastAPI, GraphQL, WebSockets, and API gateway patterns

Generative AI/Agentic AI: Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agents, and LangChain/LlamaIndex frameworks

CI/CD & DevOps: Proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and continuous delivery practices

Containerization & Orchestration: Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container registries, and cloud container services (ECS, AKS, GKE)

Cloud Platforms: Extensive knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP including compute, storage, networking, and managed services

Security: Understanding of OWASP Top 10, OAuth 2.0, JWT, encryption, secure coding practices, and DevSecOps

Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases

Infrastructure as Code: Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools

Monitoring & Observability: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic

Delivery & Leadership

Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade products

Strong Agile delivery, planning, and risk management skills

Ability to manage complex dependencies and multiple releases

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Exposure to workflow automation, orchestration, or process optimization platforms

Certifications in Agile, PMP, or cloud technologies
