Technical Delivery Manager - DevOps

You will be part of a fast-growing and leading B2B content provider to the iGaming Industry, offering innovative and regulated products to customers worldwide. Your role will involve leading teams to deliver software products on time and to quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product requirements, estimate project timelines, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. As a key part of the team, you will facilitate discussions between stakeholders to resolve blockers, monitor project dependencies and risks, and work closely with the DevOps organization to optimize processes. Your responsibilities will also include establishing and refining delivery processes to enhance quality and performance standards. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience managing technology programs in complex environments, with hands-on experience in cloud platform deployment and management. Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proficiency in Agile methodologies are essential. You should also be familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jira, Jenkins, and Git. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will engage with technical and nontechnical audiences across all organizational levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a proactive approach to risk management, will be key to your success. You should be skilled in conflict resolution, prioritization, and critical thinking, with a focus on driving process improvements and maintaining delivery standards.
