Technical Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager at Closeloop Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of multiple client projects. Your deep understanding of project delivery in fast-paced environments will be key to managing cross-functional teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** - Own end-to-end project delivery, which includes managing scope, timelines, resource planning, and budget tracking. - Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, designers, QA, and business analysts. - Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, requirement gathering, updates, and feedback. - Drive Agile delivery practices like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and client demos. - Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. - Ensure adherence to delivery standards, coding practices, documentation, and quality benchmarks. - Collaborate closely with internal leadership and stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with business goals. - Support team performance through coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of accountability and ownership. - Track project health using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management systems. - Contribute to pre-sales activities, including effort estimation, proposal preparation, and solution architecture alignment when necessary. **Key Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience managing software development projects involving web and/or mobile technologies. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC processes. - Familiarity with tech stacks such as PHP, Node.js, React.js, and mobile development frameworks. - Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus. - Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
