Technical Delivery Manager

A Day in the Life Could Include:

• Building talent for both current and future needs to strengthen Kochs global shared services capability.
  
• Providing ongoing coaching and feedback through honest discussions, fostering trusted relationships with leaders and team members to help them grow their potential and advance their skills.
  
• Contributing to the development and ownership of the teams vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  
• Identifying and capturing opportunities for technical upskillingboth at the team level and within our internal processes.
  
• Creating an environment that encourages knowledge development and learning through challenge, experimentation, and knowledge networks, enabling both business and personal transformation.

What You Will Need to Bring with You (Experience & Education Required):

• 5+ years of experience leading and continually upskilling technical or development teams.
  
• Proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  
• Solid decision-making, critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills.
  
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, foster alignment, and collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders.
  
• Experience working in a multicultural environment with a diverse workforce.
  
• A strong desire to own and guide the development and career progression of team members.
  
• Ability to lead and align IT initiatives with business vision to successfully execute on strategic priorities.
  
• Experience building and nurturing relationships across IT and business disciplines in a global environment.
