JOB DESCRIPTION Designation : Technical Data Research Analyst Location : Andheri East, Mumbai Experience : 2 - 4 Years Education: Any Graduate We are looking for a data analytical and research analyst to assist in improving the product development. The research analysts responsibilities include researching, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. A research analyst should be prepared to work in various He/she should have excellent knowledge of data preparation and communication, such as product development or marketing. Position Objectives:- Research & analysis. To research our current product to understand the requirements of the end consumer and support the product team for the new product development. Analysis of our different product feedback from the market. Research & analysis of different products of competitions. Researching market trends, conducting surveys, analyzing data from competitors, and analyzing the data from online/offline reviews, analyze data from customer support etc. To Keep a track of new technologies that are coming in the market. Checking the features & Operations of our products Providing recommendations to improve future products. Generate the report of customer demand & experience of our product. Organizing and analyzing data, creating charts and graphs and presenting to the leadership team. Requirements:- A Bachelors or associate's degree economics, statistics, Electronics or Telecommunication, or related field. Experience in applied research or data management may be advantageous. Problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills. Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. software Knowledge of social media platforms Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
