Role: Technical Content Writer
Job location: ThaneExperience: 0-5yearsIdeate research, write and edit both long & short-form content on channels like social media, ads,thought leadership articles, blog posts, press releases, emails etc. with the aim to create engagement Manage and execute content for social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook Play a role in defining the brand voice and telling the brand story by identifying and being a part of new conversations that increases visibility for WonderBiz Technologies Create documentation, tutorials, blog posts, release notes, video scripts and more for multiple releases of one or more products Build content that is both conversion-led and creative, with the aim to re-engage with existing customers and always remain top of mind. Coordinate closely with the design teams to complement all copy with appropriate visuals that fit into the brand language with clear briefs Build structures to monitor, evaluate and report on performance of content. Translate into actionable inputs to refine content Writes digital content that meets project goals and end-user needs for complex efforts Collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate and complete documentation
