Roles and Responsibilities:

• • The job involves producing systematic documentation in physical and online format, for training, product development, sales, and other functions based on draft guidelines, videos, notes and personal interviews with subject matter experts and process owners in a clear and easy to understand form and language. The documentation will be in English and in Hindi where need be.
• • A minimum of two years of experience in writing technical content and / or producing documentation is required. Exposure to multimedia for documentation will be an advantage.
• • The candidate will be expected to work with different teams, visit sites where installation and service is going on, to understand the work and process in order to capture the essentials and bring them out in the documentation.
• • Candidate should be able to work online to get content to support the documentation, pictures and videos as needed. There will be need to study and modify or integrate technical brochures or documents of different suppliers to the company, in order to create complete and cohesive information for our people.
• • He or she should be able to work with designers, illustrators, draftman, and photographers to be able to select and use appropriate illustrations where needed to amplify the quality of the documentation.
• • The candidate should demonstrate familiarity with all leading content writing and publishing tools and be able to select the most effective means to produce and maintain documentation and help to disseminate information to all users as needed.
• • The candidate should be a good team player and be able to work with different groups. He or she should be able to get all the needed information in an efficient manner using tools and technology as needed.
