Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Nurturing Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and other tools to connect with potential candidates. Engage with prospects via chat, direct messages, and calls to build trust and interest on different social media platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn. Book appointments for free webinars and resume reviews. Follow up with leads consistently to encourage sign-ups and conversions. Checking daily logs for the meeting and follow up with them according to the requirement. Content & Communication Write clear, compelling copy for success stories, email campaigns, and social media posts. Support the creation of digital marketing materials that highlight our services and success stories. Work with our team to craft messaging that resonates with job seekers in Canada. Track leads and maintain organized records of outreach and follow-ups. Provide regular reports on engagement, conversions, and outcomes. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with the Canadian team to understand business goals and align marketing efforts. Share insights from candidate conversations to improve our coaching programs. Suggest new ideas to improve engagement, conversions, and candidate experience. Requirements Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Prior experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or sales coordination is a plus. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools (or willingness to learn). Ability to write simple, persuasive, and error-free content. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and tasks. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the education, coaching, or career services industry. Familiarity with webinar promotion, event registrations, or online course marketing. Basic knowledge of social media ads, email marketing, or SEO would be an advantage. Work Schedule & Compensation Hours: 40-50 hours per week (Overlap with Canadian EST hours preferred).
